1. How can I order?

You can also select your favourite design from our online catalog, or come and make your selection at our studio shop. Fill in the Order Form and send it back to us at:

2. What is the price for 100 cards, with ribbon and insert?

The price of 100 cards (with 1 fold) is S$2.50 each, with envelopes included. Ribbons and inserts are charged at an additional S$0.30 and S$0.50 per card respectively. The unit price will be cheaper with higher quantities requested. View the full Price List here.

3. Can I request for samples before I make the order?

As we have taken great efforts to design the perfect wedding invitation catalog, it is preferable that you come to our shop to look and feel through our printed cards. If you are residing outside of Singapore, our website aims to present you with the best image of our designs.

4. How early should I make my request?

Please make your order at least 2 months (8 weeks) before your wedding. Below is a recommended wedding planning time-table :

So for an August wedding affair, please email/call us early, preferably in June. Some of our clients make their requests even 3 to 4 months ahead, so they can do the other important activities closer to the wedding. So the earlier, the better. That said, we can only accept last-minute requests if the timing is favourable. And additional charges appyly for urgent service.

5. I want my card to be exclusive to me. Can you customise?

Yes, besides our catalog designs, we have designed customised invitations for our Clients, and can certainly create a unique card especially for you. Please email/call us at least 3 months in advance before your wedding. This will allow us time to determine the price based on your needs, for creativity and any alterations. The price for a customised card will be different from our published rates for our catalog designs, and is usually higher.

6. How do I make payment?

Once a design and price is agreed upon, a 50% downpayment is required in cash or funds transfer. The balance is payable upon collection of the wedding package. We accept payment by cash or funds transfer.

For international orders, full payment is required together with the shipping charges. Payment is by Paypal or funds transfer. Our account details will be provided once the order is confirmed.

7. When can I see my final mock-up?

We will show you a mockup of the invitation card at our shop before we proceed to the next step, which is printing. Please take the time to check through, proofread for errors and approve the final mockup before we send the artwork to the printer. All proofreading is the responsibility of the Client.

For international orders, we will email you the digital artwork for your thorough proofreading and approval before we proceed to printing.

8. When can I collect my printed cards?

After the final approval, please allow 1 week for the wedding invitations to be printed and packed, and finally checked by us at Sejati Cards to ensure the highest printing quality. We will inform you of the earliest available time for you to collect your package from our studio.

9. Can my cards be delivered to me?

If you wish for your package to be delivered to a local address, we can do so with an additional charge of SGD$20 for transportation.

10. Can you deliver to my country?

We can ship internationally. Full payment (with additional shipping charges) is required upon confirmation of the order. We accept payment by Paypal or funds transfer. Our account details will be provided once the order is confirmed.

We normally use our favoured courier service providers SingPost for standard delivery of 8-10 days. Urgent delivery of 3-5 days will bear higher shipping charges. So order early especially for greeting cards!
